I am a Software Engineer in Washington, DC at LivingSocial. I currently work on the Data Engineering team, building Ruby on Rails apps and dashboards that interact with our data warehouse, Hadoop, and Hive.

Outside of programming, I'm an aspiring triathlete, coffee obsesser, foreign language lover, and reader.

I graduated from MIT with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2010. In addition to the Rails stack, my past work has included Java, SQL, Hadoop and HBase, Python, Shell Scripting, Javascript/HTML/CSS, and Django.
